Description UNI COTE’s oil-modified urethane formula coats old, stained floors for a like-new appearance. Coating cures quickly to provide a uniform film that is resistant to some chemicals. High-solid formula is 4x as abrasion-resistant as ordinary alkalized floor coating. Easily applied one-component formula eliminates mixing errors. Heavy-duty formula can be used on indoor floors and is perfect for areas that can’t be shut down for long periods of time. UNI COTE is ready for regular traffic in just 24 hours.
